ABOUT ME
My love for cooking began at a young age – at eight years old I spent hours watching the Food Network and reading cookbooks, preparing meals for my family and leading the culinary charge on holidays. Over the years, my curiosity about food and its impact on our health continued to grow. In college, I studied public health and nutrition, where I became deeply aware of the gap between nutritional education and health care, with less than 10% of doctors receiving proper training in nutrition. After attending the Institute of Culinary Education and working at Gramercy Tavern, I decided to combine my passion for health, wellness, and cooking and start my private chef business.
My mission is to create delicious, exciting menus that align with each client’s unique nutritional needs and preferences. I believe that “healthy” looks different for everyone, which is why I take the time to sit down with each client and truly understand their goals. Whether it’s optimizing wellness, managing dietary restrictions, or simply enjoying flavorful, nutritious meals, I strive to craft dishes that are as satisfying as they are nourishing.
